КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ И ИДЕНТИФИКАЦИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ СИСТЕМ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ДЛЯ РЕШЕНИЯ ПРОБЛЕМ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЬСКОГО КОРПУСА

Abstract
The author considers the development of the teaching staff within the framework of separate educational directions, which is associated with an individual set of competencies. The use of terms in the description of education systems, in particular “system of education” and “educational system”, has been considered. Examples of ratings in the education system – rating of the world’s education systems, rating of universities in the world – have been presented. The rating of universities for the specialty “transport technologies” for the city of Kharkov has been analyzed. It is shown that existing ratings do not allow to evaluate educational programs. The questions of allocation of a separate class of systems – systems of a specialty are considered. The object for this class of systems is the educational program. The interrelation of educational systems with ratings is offered. The application of the rating of educational programs is justified.
