ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ РИСКИ ДЕФОРМАЦИИ СОЦИАЛЬНОГО КАПИТАЛА В ОБЩЕСТВЕ

Abstract
The problem of social risks impact on financial and economic development in Ukraine is considered. One of the latest trends in social capital study is the concentration on the analysis of the negative consequences of its impact on economic development, inhibition and non-acceptance of economic reforms. The features of development and research of the features of economic development deformation under social risk influence are revealed. The peculiarity of social capital, which equates it to other forms of capital, is the variability or convertibility into other resources and multifunctionality. Like other types of capital, social capital is a long- term investment in which resources can be invested in order to benefit in the future. From the point of multifunctionality view, social capital is equated to physical and financial capital by aggregating the risk potential and multiplying the financial consequences of social capital deformation of the society. The consequences of social risk affect the functioning to the whole societyor its individual institutions (for example, lack of trust in state institutions, economic reforms as in our case).
