ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ И РИСКИ РАЗВИТИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ СРЕДЫ УЧЕБНОГО ЗАВЕДЕНИЯ

Abstract
One of the main innovative trends in higher education is the widespread adoption of information and communication technologies in all forms of learning/teaching. The article describes the main conditions for successful integration of information technology in the learning process, the reasons for raising the profile of the information environment of the institution and the main factors of development of information resources. The reasons and the key risks associated with development of information environment are reviewed by the author. The influence of information competence of teachers and employees of educational institutions on implementation of innovative information technologies and is explicated and ways to reduce the risk of inefficient use of available in the school information resources are suggested. The conclusion is made that main objectives of developing information environment of the institution is to create a reliable and efficient infrastructure, to introduce standardized methods of data access, to improve manageability of complex information resources for all educational levels
