ФОРМАЛИЗАЦИЯ ПОДХОДОВ К ОЦЕНКЕ НАУЧНО-ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬСКОЙ РАБОТЫ УНИВЕРСИТЕТСКОГО ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЯ: РИСКИ ИСКАЖЕНИЯ МОТИВАЦИИ

Abstract

The importance and significance of the university teacher’s research activity in the system of educational processes are explicated. The emphasis is placed on the features of the teacher’s research work rating evaluation, its advantages and disadvantages in the modern education system of Ukraine. The influence of formalization approaches to the evaluation over the university teacher’s motivation to their research work is revealed. The need to review indicators assessing the quantitative criteria of the university teacher’s research work taking into account the quality level of this type of work as the main component of the whole system of the teacher’s activity is considered. The necessity of counting the weight of each quality assessment indicator of the university teacher research work based on the analysis of its importance and priority in the range of the university activities is indicated. The need to create conditions for the creative self-development of the teacher’s personality in the educational environment is singled out so that the risks from the pursuit of ratings and distortion the motivation in the research work of the modern teacher can be minimized.
