Place of public security in the system of national security.

Abstract
In this scientific article the place of public safety in the system of national security is determined. It is determined that the object of public safety is the society itself with its values, environment and resources, that is, the public security is recognized as belonging to the system of national security as one of its structural elements. Public security can be defined as a system of regulated norms of the law of social relations, which ensure the prevention and elimination of the general danger of violent harm to the interests protected in general, thereby guaranteeing their stability and reliability. An additional argument in favor of the membership of public security to the national one is recognition of the comparison of law-abiding interests and vital national interests.
