PLASMA RICO EN PLAQUETAS EN LA REGENERACIÓN ÓSEA DE ALVÉOLOS DENTARIOS POST-EXODONCIA

Abstract
In bone regeneration of post-exodontic dental alveoli, a literature review was conducted on PRP, according to the scientific evidence available in the literature. The information search was done in the databases of Medline / PubMed, Wiley Online Library, OVID, EBSCO, ScienceDirect and Nature.com. It was found that as a result of an autogenous preparation made just before the surgical procedure, the PRP reduces the risk of transmission of infectious and contagious diseases when compared to other products, It is concluded that the PRP represents an advance in bone grafting techniques, since it offers access to growth factors with a simple and available technology; These growth factors are autologous, non-toxic and non-immunogenic; improves and accelerates normal bone regeneration pathways.
