ПОДГОТОВКА БОЛЬНЫХ С СИНДРОМОМ СУХОСТИ ПОЛОСТИ РТА К ОРТОПЕДИЧЕСКОМУ ЛЕЧЕНИЮ

Abstract
Research objective was training of patients with a xerostomia to a prosthetic repair, by application of an express complex of medicines of Laclede (USA). Materials and methods: treatment at 36 patients with a xerostomia who needed orthopedic treatment was carried out. The patient carried out sanitation of an oral cavity and treatment of the parodont. For objective monitoring at all patients defined hygienic and parodontologichesky indexes in the course of treatment. Results: presence at patients of a syndrome of dryness of an oral cavity (xerostomia) complicates process of orthopedic treatment and adaptation to protetichesky designs. Purpose of a complex of the medicines "Biotene" before a prosthetic repair allowed to compensate a lack of saliva at patients and to eliminate negative subjective feelings. Besides, the hygienic state improved, the expressiveness of inflammatory processes of an oral cavity decreased. Conclusion: thus, this complex for patients with a syndrome of dryness can be recommended before orthopedic treatment as the tools improving a homeostasis in an oral cavity a homeostasis in an oral cavity.
