Abstract
Автором проанализировано содержание инновационной деятельности в сфере общего среднего образования, определены основные принципы подготовки будущих руководителей к управлению инновационными процессами в общеобразовательных учебных заведениях в условиях экономического кризиса. Также обоснованно проблемы реализации инновационных проектов в общеобразовательных учебных заведениях, определены пути преодоления проблемных ситуаций.
