POETIC TEXT AS A SPECIAL FORM OF COMMUNICATION (ON THE BASIS OF ENGLISH-CANADIAN POETRY)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the communicative approach to the studying of poetic text, which is actual in the modern linguistics. The analytical review of the scientific works on the problem showed that, in spite of a great number of researches devoted to the studying of the peculiarities of literary communication, the communicative aspect of poetic texts is still deficiently studied. The article considers different points of view to literary communication and constituents of the communicative act. The main attention in the work is focused on the distinctive features of poetry, which specify the peculiarities of poetic communication, its types and constituents. The author confirmed the idea that communication in poetic text is a complicated phenomenon, which allows a variety of interpretations.
