Poor level of the school leavers’ mathematics knowledge as systemic problem of the educa-tion system.

Abstract
The article reviews one of the systemic problems of teaching mathematics disci-plines in the higher school – the poor quality of the secondary school education. The analysis of the shear of knowledge on mathematics of students and 10 classes 11 is given. Conclusion about the need of reforming the system of secondary education for the purpose of an increase in the mathematical training of schoolboys is done. In the conditions of formation and development of a young state, the issue of training highly educated specialists is very acute. Experts of all branches of the national economy are needed: teachers, engineers, programmers, builders, ar-chitects, etc. One of the basic sciences for the training of such specialists is mathematics. To meet these challenges, a state program for reforming the school system is required, which will radically change the attitudes of children, parents, teachers and society as a whole towards ed-ucation and education. The state should first of all be interested in raising the level of education in the society.
