Practical component of bachelors’ professional training in the field of law at Canadian universities

Abstract
The article represents a theoretical study of the practical component of professional training of Bachelors in law in leading Canadian universities. Analyzed organizational forms of the educational process which are used to provide students with the practical skills necessary for the further career in the field of law. The peculiarities of student’s participation in the work of legal clinics, pro bono organizations and moots are considered. Characterized law students’ opportunities to be admitted to internship and articling programs in the chosen field of law to gain access to legal practice in Canada.
