Pragmatyzm jako narzędzie komunikacji w organizacji procesowej

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie znaczenia wybranych aspektów zarządzania pragmatycznego, opartego na komunikacji międzyludzkiej, rozumianej jako determinanta rozwoju organizacji procesowej. Podkreślenie czynników istotnych z punktu widzenia rozwoju ekonomicznego organizacji zwraca uwagę na potrzebę interdyscyplinarnego rozumienia tego procesu, ze szczególnym wskazaniem znaczenia metod i sposobów porozumiewania się. Takie podejście może w perspektywie czasu wskazać kierunki działań osobom zajmującym się poszukiwaniem nowych dróg w zakresie skutecznego zarządzania, opartego na dogłębnej znajomości i analizie przeszkód towarzyszących temu złożonemu procesowi.
