Abstract

In the process of developing and improving methods of educational activities that are qualitatively new level would provide training and education of the younger generation, it is extremely important to identify and disseminate all new, progressive, emerging in the practice of individual teachers and teaching staff. Formation of experience takes place in practical activity, which is inherent in stability, regularity, repeatability. Teaching experience accumulated in the concrete of the teacher under the influence of the specific institution, style of collective personality of the teacher, it is based on educational problems, there is a criterion of truth and scientific guidelines, means of transferring theoretical provisions into practice. The article defines the practice-oriented experience of upbringing the personality of the future teacher in the healthу environment of a high school as a reflection in the minds of a future specialist in social practice obtained as a result of active practical, healthy, olympic activities, a set of knowledge, skills and abilities acquired on experienced, tested. The involvement of future specialists in the physical culture, sports, healthy, creative process, allows them to maintain their interest in new achievements, traditions, customs, knowledge, etc. The research work of future teachers in the healthy environment provides an opportunity for their cultural improvement in the field of preservation and strengthening of health, intellectual development.
