Prawnicy oraz psychologowie jako mediatorzy w sprawach rodzinnych

Abstract
The author describes the legal possibility of conducting family mediation by lawyers and psychologists. The article discusses positive and negative aspects of that solution and points out conditions in which work of these professionals can be very effective. It also helps to deal with potential obstacles these mediators can face while conducting family mediations.
