Prediction of Bond Strength Between Lithium Slag-Polypropylene Fiber Concrete and HRB500 Steel

Abstract

In order to predict the bond strength between lithium slag-polypropylene fiber concrete and HRB500 steel,the multivariate nonlinear model of bond strength and influencing factors was established based on the nonlinear characteristics of bond strength influencing factors during splitting failure. The influencing factors included replacement rate of lithium slag,dosage of polypropylene fiber,relative thickness of protection layer and anchorage length. The undetermined coefficients of the model were solved by using the nonlinear regression order in MATLAB to get two prediction models,and the bond strength was predicted. The results show that the relative average error of the first prediction model is 1. 39%,and the standard deviation is 0. 030 9,while the relative average error of the second prediction model is 1. 40%,and the standard deviation is 0. 031 0. The prediction accuracy of the two models is high,and the discrete degree is small. The two models have certain guiding role for practical engineering.
