ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ МЕТОДОВ ДИНАМИЧЕСКОГО ПРОГРАММИРОВАНИЯ ПРИ УПРАВЛЕНИИ ЗАПАСАМИ ОБОРОТНОГО ФОНДА АГРЕГАТОВ ГОРНЫХ МАШИН

Abstract

The mining industry is characterized by a huge scale of production, large production costs for the extraction and processing of minerals. Increasing the efficiency of mining at the present stage is greatly facilitated by the use of mathematical methods and models, as well as modern software in planning and management. Self-propelled mining equipment, as is known, operates in heavy mining conditions. Therefore, planning and organization of repair and operation of self-propelled equipment is a multifactorial and complex task. The specifics of the operation of self-propelled underground equipment determine the need to take into account the variety of factors affecting the assortment and quantity, as well as their equipment, terms and methods of supply, when planning the supply of replacement units. This article provides a method of dynamic programming in the field of maintenance and operation of process equipment. The characteristic of the method of dynamic programming is given, the statement of the problem and its solution by the methods of dynamic programming are given. A stock management strategy was chosen, which is a set of rules. This strategy is guided when deciding on the moment of filing an order for replenishment of stocks, the timing of the order, the amount of supply and distribution in the distribution network. With the use of mathematical models, the following reserve parameters were calculated for the aggregates: minimum and maximum stocks in warehouses, periodicity of supplies and batch size.
