Pro-social Aspects of Implementing Balanced Scorecard in Organisations

Abstract
The need for organisations being responsible for their environment was internationally recognised and claimed in numerous documents. One of the most important issues of the contemporary organisation theory is to seek instruments that fulfill those criteria. The aim of the paper is to assess the level of pro-social attitude of the balanced scorecard in theoretical approach. This attempt was based on the comparison of the notions of balanced scorecard and corporate social responsibility.
