Problem issues of the estimate of credibility of the victim’s testimony

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the features of the estimate of credibility of the victim’s testimony. The authors emphasize the necessity of the meticulous and approach to the estimate of the victim’s testimony. Attention is drawn to certain gaps in criminal procedural law.
