ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНИХ ПРОЦЕДУР КАДРОВОЇ РОБОТИ В ОРГАНАХ ПРОКУРАТУРИ ЩОДО ПРОКУРОРІВ

Abstract
The administrative procedures for personnel work in the prosecutor’s office are interpreted as a set of specifically defined procedural actions of authorized employees of the personnel service who carry out their activities in accordance with the procedure established by law in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the citizen and the state, the result of which is the issuance of an appropriate decision and / or adoption of an administrative act. It is determined that the main types of administrative procedures for personnel work in the prosecutor’s office are: the procedures for selecting and appointing prosecutors or civil servants; Procedures for employment in the prosecutor’s office; the procedure for transferring the prosecutor to a position in another prosecutor’s office; procedures for training, retraining and improving the skills of prosecutors; procedures for the dismissal of a prosecutor or a civil servant from office.
