PROBLEMS ABOUT THE LAND

Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of the taxation of the land of Ukraine, the value of the agricultural industry and the value of payment for land plots are analyzed. The main problems and shortcomings of the tax legislation are considered. The objectives of the tax collection and the positive aspects of this area of land law are covered. The problems of solution and increasing the efficiency of the tax collection are proposed.
