Problems and prospects of legislative support of innovation development in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article analyzes the current legislation aimed at the legal provision of innovative development in Ukraine. It is pointed out by the disadvantages of state policy that hinder the development of innovations in Ukraine. Proposals for improvement of legislative support of innovation sphere are presented.
