Problems of estimation and modernization of network automobile roads in Ukraine

Abstract
The results of the comparative analysis of the correspondence of Ukrainian network of mo-torway accordance to European norms of the state of pavements and road flatness are shown. On the basis of the conducted analysis, was discovered a disagreement about the overhaul of most of the Ukrainian motor vehicles for the transportation of large-capacity vehicles for high-speed pas-senger cars. The analysis of the methods of estimating the flatness of the road surface of the road section on the basis of experimental and statistical parameters for determining the defects of the long-term profile and the indicators of smoothness of motion has been carried out and it has been established that for the application of such methods an urgent modernization of the Ukrainian network of highways is needed. New directions of improvement of the transport-operational condition of highways in accordance with the level of modern motor vehicles development by the construction of highways with the use of modern technologies for the production of fibre concrete pavement roads are proposed.
