PROBLEMS OF FRAUD IN THE INSURANCE OF CIVIL LIABILITY OF VEHICLES OWNERS

Abstract
The article addresses issues related to the problem of fraud in the insurance industry. The issue of insurance agents fraud and fraud in the insurance policy issued. Attention is paid to check the policy in civil liability insurance of vehicle owners in the territory of Ukraine.
