Problems of legal proceedings in the state language in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the use of the state language in the legal proceedings of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the importance of the stated issue, its strong link with the human rights. The aspects of legislative regulation of the state language use in the legal process of Ukraine are considered in terms of the recent legislative changes in the given sphere of public relations.
