PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATIVE SUPPORT REGULATORY POLICY IN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to main problems of legal support of regulatory policy in sphere of management. The author analyzes the legal nature of concept of «state regulatory policy in economic activity», as well as mechanism of its formation and implementation, author’s own definition of this concept, and offers recommendations for further improvement of legislation in this area.
