Problems of the allocation of labor procedural law in a separate branch of law.

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific views of scientists and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the problems of allocation of labor procedural law in a separate branch of law are considered. It is grounded that the state of law in the field of hired labor requires strengthening the guarantees of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of hired workers, which requires improvement of the organizational and legal mechanisms for the protection of these rights. It is noted that at the same time, one of the key structural blocks of these mechanisms is procedural and procedural norms that ensure the dynamics, movement of their material and legal basis.
