PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL INVENTARIO EN LAS INSTALACIONES HOTELERAS ECUATORIANAS

Abstract
This paper presents the elements that were taken into account for the design of a procedure for inventory management in hotel facilities, expresses the theoretical basis that allowed its design and provides a methodological concept for the management of inventory in facilities hotels in Ecuador with the aim of achieving better financial management in inventory management and making efficient and timely decisions. The procedure is structured in 5 stages and 7 steps in each of which the techniques to be used in its implementation are specified and the results to be obtained in each of them are defined. The procedure, in turn, is based on a set of principles that guarantee the achievement of the objectives. The proposal was validated by a group of experts who agreed on its relevance and feasibility of application in Ecuadorian beach hotel entities.
