PROCEDURAL ORDER AND CONDITIONS OF SUSPENSION OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

Abstract
The article deals with the specificity of stopping the criminal proceedings during the trial. The procedural procedure and conditions for stopping criminal proceedings are determined. In addition, the act describes an act of evasion from the investigation and the court as a condition for stopping the trial and explores this issue through the prism of the problems of the theory of criminal law. The theoretical-legal and practical problems of stopping of criminal proceedings in the court of first instance are analyzed. As a result of the argumentation of the stated positions, ways of optimizing the existing criminal-procedural legislation are proposed.
