ПРОЦЕСНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗАГАЛЬНООСВІТНІМ НАВЧАЛЬНИМ ЗАКЛАДОМ

Abstract
У статті досліджено процесний підхід до стратегічного управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом. Проаналізовано послідовність етапів здійснення стратегічного управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом: стратегічний аналіз, визначення місії та стратегічних цілей, формування набору стратегічних альтернатив, розробка стратегічного плану, затвердження і реалізація стратегії, оцінка результатів впровадження стратегії та можливих змін стратегічного плану.
