PROEJA E PRONATEC: PROBLEMATIZANDO CONCEPÇÕES DE EDUCAÇÃO PARA EJA

Abstract
This article aims to discuss the youth and adults education. It analyzes the pedagogical concepts of two youth and adults education (EJA) public policies, PROEJA And PRONATEC as well as the effects of those practices, especially on the modes of subjectivity. Although the aim of these two policies is the professionalization of a population that could not benefit from the advantages that schooling tends to provide those seeking an insertion in the labor market, the key features analysis demonstrated the difference of their pedagogical concepts, with influence on the students formation as well as the pedagogical organization. The PROEJA and its curriculum integration allows strategies and curriculum practices analysis.
