PROFESSIONAL SELF-STUDY AS A SUBJECT OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY THROUGH POSTGRADUATE

Abstract
The article deals with the need for continuous self-education of scientific and pedagogical staff as subjects of innovation activities in high school, contents, methods and forms of organization which should be flexible, diverse and variable. In the article was considered the questions of the formation of a new generation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, capable of innovation higher education institution through postgraduate study.
