THE DYNAMIC QUALITY OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL CHANGE

Abstract

The paper formulated the hypothesis that the dominant problem of modern universities – the dynamic quality of education in the conditions of global change and meet the challenges of our university appointed able only caring about the development and use WEB tools specifically for dynamic evaluation of the quality of education. We asked to study the dynamics of the quality of university education spending using competing values framework design and diagnostics dominant type of organizational culture of the university. The dynamic quality of university education students: sequential process, indicating the sequence change of consciousness, self-student cyclical nature of evolution, corresponding to stages of life of the university and is defined as the degree of compliance processes and results perfection next generation reached the level of the current generation of researchers and potential ability next generation to contribute and leave offspring than were themselves to expand, upgrade and the formation of a new qualitative state that the numerator of the student – that’s what he thought about the teachers, the denominator – that the student feels about himself. This is a process that provides university change requests prejudice in the region without disrupting its security and leads to quality improvement activities as existing university community and its future generations. Improving the quality of activity that enriches under uncertainty possibility of taking fundamental, critical decisions at all levels and stages of life.
