ПРОФІЛАКТИКА ТА ЗАПОБІГАННЯ НЕЗАКОННОМУ ЗАВОЛОДІННЮ ТРАНСПОРТНИМИ ЗАСОБАМИ

Abstract
The study is devoted to the complex analysis of criminological characteristics and prevention of illegal possession of vehicles. An attempt was made to give a description of the criminal legal features of illegal possession of a vehicle. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of illegal possession of vehicles and a system of measures to prevent the illegal possession of vehicles have been established. The main emphasis is on preventing illegal possession of transport.
