PROJECT-BASED LEARNING IN FORMATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE (ENGLISH) COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS AT HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
In article the essence of the concept foreign language competence of the personality and features of its formation on students at higher educational institutions reveals. The content of project-based learning and its role in the formation of English-speaking communicative competence is analyzed; administrative functions of the teacher of English in preparation by students of the project are characterized.
