PROMULGATION OF NORMATIVE LEGAL ACT AS A STAGE OF BY-LAW RULEMAKING PROCESS

Abstract
In the article the stages of the by-law rulemaking process are considered; the concept and methods of promulgation of by-law normative acts are analyzed; the peculiarities of their publication in official printed editions are revealed; ways of improving and unifying the procedure of bringing the content of normative acts to the attention of the subjects of law are offered.
