Prosecutor’s self-management as a principle of the organization of Office of Public Prosecutor

Abstract
The article is devoted to the expediency of singling out such an independent principle of organization of the prosecutor’s office as a principle of prosecutorial self-government. According to this principle, prosecutors are entitled independently, directly or through specially formed bodies, to resolve issues of the internal activities of the prosecutor’s office in the manner and within the limits determined by law. The author made separate proposals on improving the legislation on the prosecutor’s office.
