PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence and content of the environmental impact assessment in the context of providing environmental rights in Ukraine. The mechanism of environmental impact assessment in modern conditions, its relation with the guarantees of environmental rights and the importance of this procedure for protection of environmental rights in general is analyzed.
