PROTECTION OF NATURE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CATHOLIC FAITH AND THEOLOGY: THE BASE OF THE CATHOLIC ECOLOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
Education is a complex process, which (in addition to methods of transmitting knowledge) has a theoretical basis. Education is trying to persuade to accept this theory. It is evident. This text presents the theory that can be the base for ecological education. The Catholic ecological education, which is mentioned in this text, isn’t a religious theory. This is the concept based on an integral anthropology. Faith is “an additional argument”, which – as we shall see – fully confirms what recognize the reason. Based on the faith and the reason a man has no doubt that you should protect nature. Its goal and the highest value – what is characteristic for the catholic theology – is not nature, but the human person and her integral sustainable development
