Providing training technologies as didactic conditions of forming leadership competence of future bachelors of management

Abstract
The article is devoted to the search of effective didactic conditions for the formation of leadership competences of future bachelors in management. It is noted that today the effective technologies of training students in the process of their professional training are training technologies. It has been found that these technologies will be effective also in the process of forming the leadership competency of future bachelors in management. The features of the training as a technology of active training in the educational environment of the University are highlighted, which contributes to the formation of leadership competences of future bachelors in management: group work; interactivity; question - search for answers; the principle of “here and now” (“here and now”); informal atmosphere; synergistic effect; individual styles; prolonged form; the principle of graduality. The main functions of trainings aimed at forming the leadership competence of future bachelors from management are defined and characterized: target, motivational, informational, communicative, methodological, simulative and complex. The special attention of the University’s scientific and pedagogical staff should be given to the provision of innovations as a comprehensive support for the processes of creation, development, development, dissemination and use of innovations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the content and technologies of teaching and education in the educational environment of the university. It is revealed that one of the didactic conditions for forming the leadership competence of future bachelors in management is the provision of training technologies in the educational environment of the university. Providing training technology in the educational environment of the University is a comprehensive provision of training, development, organization and conducting of trainings aimed at forming the leadership competency of future bachelors in management. Practical implementation of this didactic condition is: the creation of a team of trainers at the university; training coaching team for coaching; developing a training program; development of didactic support; organization and conducting of training and training activities among students.
