The Role of Controlled Physical Loadings During the Prevention of Chronic Stress Occurrence

Abstract
Modern human lives in special conditions, that often require regular physical tension, using of additional resources of organism at insufficient abilities of its restoration. It creates the risk of sudden appearance of chronic emotional and physical stresses, which can lead not only to violations of psychological adaptation of emotional and social spheres during certain conditions, but to neurotic and psychosomatic disorders. The article is dedicated to the role of chronic stresses in life and health of people; their probability of occurrence is significantly increased under modern conditions of life; it shows their destructive impacts on physical, emotional, social and psychological health. Conclusions of our research specify the fact, that people with high level of situational competitive anxiety are far less in the group of sportsmen than in the group of non-sportive people, at practically equal correlation of the amount of people with low, middle and high levels of situational anxiety, which is optimal in all groups. The aim of the research: to show significance of controlled physical loadings during the prevention of chronic stress occurrence. On our opinion, successful and well-timed application of controlled physical loadings can promote expansion of stability zone and release of negative emotions which are caused by stresses in the most available financial and emotional ways as well as preservation of physical and other kinds of health. Prospects of further investigation we perceive in development of preventive sanative programs for different age groups, the aim of which is special selection and combination of different motor exercises for prevention of chronic stresses occurrence.
