PROVISION OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES OF POLTAVA REGION

Abstract
Significant changes have been taking place in the Ukrainian society for quite a long time, which has led to the extinction of villages and the decline of the quality of life of rural inhabitants. Therefore, the human factor becomes strategically important for the effective functioning of agricultural enterprises under unstable conditions of developing market relations. The article analyzes the statistical and dynamic peculiarities of the formation of the labor potential of the Poltava region. The essence of labor resources of the enterprise and their influence on the activity of the enterprise.
