PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS’ SOCIALIZATION: PROBLEMS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER TRAINING

Abstract
In the article the essence of socialization in the interdisciplinary context and theoretical aspects of psycho-pedagogical support of primary school pupils’ socialization are grounded. The author emphasizes that person’s socialization has individual and subjective character and is determined by the system of needs, interests, age and the activity of a personality. That is why in educational establishment it should not be a spontaneous episodic phenomenon but a pedagogically guided process performed by a teacher. The types of socialization (ethnical, spiritual, public, economic, political, gender, professional and labor) are distinguished and their meaning for the professional training of students in pedagogical establishments. The notion “socialization” is defined as the process and the result of acquiring of social experience by the human by means of including in certain environment and the reproduction of social roles, its transformation by means of its own energetic activity. The author admits that in modern conditions it is necessary to prepare future professionals to the realization of pedagogical support of children’s socialization not only in the context of sociality but, first of all, to acknowledge the knowledge of spiritual issues that are traditionally invariant in socio-historical, generally pedagogical and national context. The projection of the professional training of future teacher to the social and pedagogical activity at primary school in the direction of social heterogeneity and social homogeneity is performed. The accent is put on the problem of social mobility and personality ambivalence in his/her professional formation.
