Psychological components of the salutogenese as a basis of life’s quality

Abstract
Concept salutogenese orientation of personality answers the basic question: why people remain healthy, despite the large number of trials and stresses that fell to their destiny? The ability to use these measures to support their health – is dominant in a comfortable coexistence of human in society. It is very closely related to the sense of coherence (connectivity, consistency proofs, and arguments) and an extensive orientation. The main criterion which is – a high degree of assurance that all the problems and negatives, with which the person faces in life – have a predictable, structured and very clear character. Means that allow you to confront and solve these problems – are available. The struggle with troubles is extremely important and requires constant direct participation throughout life. Concept salutogenese is aimed at singling and research of healthy preserving factors that help personality to remain holistic, despite the traumatic experience. It consists of a general immune means or generalized resistance resources (generalized resistance resources) and sense of coherence. The latter, in its turn, consists of three interrelated components – comprehensibility, manageability, meaningfulness. So, the psychological components of salutogenese concept are considered in the article and concentrate research attention on factors more successful overcome stressful situations by people and seeking factors (psychological, social, physical) that contribute to stress resistance.
