PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF INDIVIDUAL-PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

In the article the results of studying of the problem of support of personality-professional developments of future teacher are stated. The core compounds of professionalism improvement are established as follows: personal and professional orientation (outlook, needs, interests, orientations, inclinations, abilities, personal qualities, style of activity, etc.); the teacher’s possession of the knowledge of information-theoretical and applied character, abilities and habits of successful performance of activity. It is ascertained that the formation in students-teachers of professional competencies and personal abilities is the basic subject of support of the teacher of psychology. Professional competencies of the teacher are considered as a system of professional knowledge, abilities, habits and installations which allow effective creative solutions of problems thanks to flexible application of methods and ways of theoretical and the practical activities, the developed professional thinking, professional reflexion, continuous professional and personal growtgh. It provides professional mobility, possession of expertise. Such groups of competencies and abilities are singled out: 1) to provide training, education and development of school pupils; 2) diagnostic-projecting abilities; 3) socially-psychological; 4) personal abilities; 5) providing professional improvement and development.
