Public Diplomacy of Ukraine: institutional and programmatic aspects

Abstract
In this article the essence of public diplomacy as a vector of foreign policy is analysed. Attention is paid to the institutional aspects of Ukraine’s public diplomacy, including public and private initiatives in this area. In addition, the policy dimension of public diplomacy in Ukraine is reviewed.
