QUALIFICATIONS VIOLATION OF CITIZENS’ EQUALITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the qualification of violation of citizens` equality, in particular, on the grounds of religious beliefs or national affiliation. The signs of the denoted crime in the materials of judicial practice are considered. The basic mistakes that allowed in qualifying acts of art. 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are established.
