Abstract
How can we not only be limited to "pumping" students into new knowledge according to ministerial programs, often detached from the realities of social development? Such technology is associated with the implementation of through-goal-setting in the education system, starting with preschool, on the basis of measuring the parameters of a valuable final product using quali-metric valuation models and entering the results into a person's passport. The latter "goes" for a student during all years of study and is issued to him after the end of the educational institution. In this case, parents also take the most active part in tracking the parameters of their child's personalities, becoming assistants of educators, teachers, teachers, and then, and students themselves. The latter connect to self-knowledge and self-observation after elementary school. Thus, according to the author, the preparation of a competitive university graduate as a strategic goal of improving the quality of higher education in the context of the transformation of society is closely linked with the promotion of self-development in the work activity through finding "their place" in the organization when interacting with employers and colleagues, the requirements of which he must answer in order to achieve recognition of his own. Therefore, during the first year of study it is necessary to review as closely as possible the business and personal qualities of the student in his future specialty. Already on this basis, taking into account the acquired knowledge, recommend to continue or not to continue training in this specialty. Such technology and will promote self-realization of the student in the subsequent life. Obviously, if every student had a personal passport from a school bench, this process would be greatly facilitated. It is this aspect of the correspondence of self-realization of the person that will provide a cross-cutting target link between all levels of education, from the adoption of the child to the kindergarten and completing the graduation in the independent life of the graduate of the university. In this case, a person realizes himself better as a person and the main productive power of society. This approach is already fragmented in some scientific literature If we consider this concept from the standpoint of anthropo-social approach, the essence of such a society lies in the system of such social relations that contribute to the self-realization of personality within the framework of universal morality and national traditions in four spheres of life. It is about work activity, family and place of living and rest. As for the domestic education system, the fact that today's youth needs to be prepared for up to four consumers: himself, his own; employer; the surrounding society, including the family; i, finally, the state as a social institution, designed to create all the conditions for self-realization of personality in four spheres of life. But did not we think what a person needs, first of all, herself? Of course, one that is self-actualizing, first of all in labor activity (remember the opinion of Ukrainian Socrates G. Skovoroda about the fact that a person will be happy if he finds "native" labor). So, the educational system's task is to help her in this. What does a person need to work with pleasure? The answer is obvious - a decent remuneration for work to satisfy their physiological needs. Also, work must be beloved, respond to the abilities and qualities of a specialist. For this purpose, a person must know well his abilities and personality traits. Also, you need a tolerant relationship with the manager and colleagues. To build such relationships you need to knowingly, knowing yourself well and studying others (it's worth remembering that people treat you as you do to them). What person wants to see the employer? Usually one that has professional knowledge, skills and abilities. But also physically healthy and creative, able to solve problems in an environment that is constantly changing, and, of course, reliable, able to get along with the collective, respects of colleagues. What do we need of society, such as collective employment? First of all, the moral - good, sensible, polite, reliable. It is also desirable that she be fully educated, with whom it would be interesting to communicate, with a good sense of humor and, finally, physically healthy. Conclusion - the system of education, starting with pre-school institutions, should be oriented towards a two-way goal. Firstly, it is an increase in the level of harmonious development of the individual (education, creativity, moral and physical development, health). Secondly, it is a definition of the degree of availability of certain abilities and characteristics of personality in order to help it co-realize in later life (Fig. 3). In this case, the valuable final product of the education system is a professionally trained, harmoniously developed person who knows himself well. This will mean that the domestic education system will directly promote self-realization in the subsequent life of each student, being, in essence, the most important organic part of civil society.
