Abstract
The aim of this research is Ranking counterparties the construction projects with AHP in order to conduct the research, all managers and expert (5 individuals) were selected and a question air organized based on pair scale was distributed among them to determine the importance degree of each factor rather than the others then the information was analyzed with expert choice 11 software. Based on the findings, 1) The measure of “Product quality” with the weight of 9.1% has the greatest impact and At lower levels "High security contractor", "Management skills", "Innovation", "Creditconfidence", "Experience", "Financial stability", "Optimal performance", "Ability to communicate", "Timely delivery of product or service", "The use of new technologies", "High levels of service", "Timely response to customer needs", "The ability of capital", "Financial strength", "Flexibility contractor", "After sales service", "Human capacity", "Close relations with the contractor", "The ability of technology", "Cultural adaptation", "Compliance place" and "Flexible contracts" are the most important ones, respectively.2) The “A company” with the weight of 48.2% has the highest ranking and At lower levels "C company" and " B company are the most important ones, respectively.
