Raportowanie chorych z obrażeniami wielonarządowymi i pacjentów nieurazowych w stanie ciężkim – współpraca ZRM i SOR
Journal Title: Na Ratunek - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
An important part of emergency cases is reporting. There are many methods of reporting, for example currently recommended ATMIST (A – age, T – time of injury, M – mechanism of injury, I – injury suspected, S – symptoms, signs, T – treatment, time of arrival). The most important factors are to focus on the key points of the report and the use of the same language by particular parts of the emergency system. Reporting is essential to properly prepare the emergency ward for admitting a patient with politrauma. People who report often do not necessarily deal patient and therefore everybody should take part in a training course on reporting. It is also proper to polish up the rules of cooperation between emergency medical teams and emergency wards.
