READINESS OF FUTURE FAMILY DOCTORS FOR SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY

Abstract

To develop the potential of future medical professionals, namely family physicians, is assisted by research activities. This work should be clearly planned and formed into the system. However, it is equally important to determine the read- iness of future family doctors for research activities. From the analysis of scientific literature, it is certain that specialists distinguish between several types of readiness. We have given the highest possible number of different types of readiness and conducted a questionnaire. After processing the data of a survey of 30 teachers, 50 students of first year of education for family doctors, we found that all types of readiness are important and the respondents do not give any significant advantage to any of them. 10% of the students interviewed distinguish cognitive, intellectual, research readiness. Teach- ers, though not significantly, but focus on intellectual, educational, research and cognitive readiness (also about 10% of respondents). Among the important components that contribute to the readiness of medical students for research activities, we dis- tinguish the following: the task; content of educational qualification characteristics; didactic forms, teaching methods; pedagogical foundations of organization of research activity; inclusion of students in research activities; diagnostics level of readiness. One of the tasks of the general practitioner-family doctor is to ensure the prevention of diseases and injuries, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the identification and elimination of risk factors. When students are attracted to research activities for the implementation of the preparation for the following tasks, one can use: "Create a project" The chemical composition of smoke. The Influence of Tobacco Smoke on the Development of Adolescents ". Present your work at the educational hours in different groups. Conduct a questionnaire to show the project on tobacco use and after ". Thus, a well-established system of formation of readiness of students for research activities contributes to the develop- ment of professional competences of a future specialist. Having mastered modern methods, means of scientific research, the future family physician will open up wide opportunities, and he will be able to use new methods of treatment, preven- tion, diagnostics. A young specialist will be trained to think, plan, and organize. With the help of engaging in research activities, a modern physician develops creative potential, uses new ideas in the profession.
